Sync.Color.Edit.Deliver.
Synced to the board.
Not the props.
SyncFPV is the complete workflow for FPV pilots who fly concerts and festivals. Sync every flight to the console audio, color the whole night, edit reels to the beat and deliver every format, all in one app. Every flight lands on the music, frame accurate, split by song and named by artist.

The problem
Syncing FPV to board audio is a different problem.
Multicam sync tools were built for interviews, weddings and stage cameras. A drone over a main stage breaks every assumption they make.
Your mic hears motors, not the drop
A naked GoPro sits right on top of the motors, so its mic records them louder than the PA. For most of a flight the music is buried under the motor noise.
EDM loops fool audio matching
The same eight bars repeat all set. Match one clip on sound alone and it can lock onto the wrong bar, a few seconds off.
Dozens of flights, one night
Multiple pilots, multiple stages, one recording per artist. Sorting and lining it up by hand eats the day after the show.
The SyncFPV engine
Proprietary sync, built for the hardest audio in video.
A naked GoPro rides a few centimeters from four screaming motors. To a general sync tool, that is all the camera heard. SyncFPV runs on a proprietary engine developed specifically for FPV, by a pilot who flies festivals, and refined set after set until it held up on real show audio.
This is the problem no general sync tool was built for. SyncFPV's engine was designed from day one around FPV motor noise, then tuned flight after flight on real festival sets until it could pull the show out from underneath it. It's the part that takes years of flying shows to even understand, and it's built in.
Before the first set and after the last one, film the slate's clock check for 10 seconds with each GoPro. SyncFPV reads the clock and hears the beep, measures how far each camera's own clock is off and how much it drifts, and gives every flight its true time, so no flight needs a slate. Slate one anyway and its artist goes on the picture.
General multicam tools were built for clean audio. SyncFPV brings every clue it has to every flight, across the whole night, then tells you how sure it is. That's how a flight that barely heard the music still lands where it belongs.
EDM loops repeat the same bars all set, so one clip on its own can look right in the wrong place. SyncFPV weighs the whole night, so the true spot stands out more with every flight you add. More flights means more accuracy, not more work. Every flight is rated HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW, so you know exactly what to double check.
Sync · Color · Edit · Deliver
One app, from the card to the client.
Seven pages, left to right: the rail on the left is the job. The blue button is always the next step, and tips walk you through each page while you learn.
Drag in the night
Flights (the clock checks are found by themselves) and the set recordings, one per set or the whole night. Every file gets a footage check.
One card per artist
Flights fall into the order they were flown. A whole night in one recording is cut into sets by the lineup. SyncFPV finds the songs; paste a setlist to name them.
Sync all
Every flight lined up to the board automatically, with a confidence rating. Play any flight back with the synced audio to confirm.
One look, whole show
GoPro and DJI LUTs built in and suggested per clip. Night noise reduction, detail and one click looks. Grade one clip, paste to the rest.
Mark the moments
Set in and out points on your favorite moments across every flight, so the best of the night is ready to cut.
Cut the reel
Auto Edit cuts your selects to the beat with speed ramps, transitions and motion blur. Or cut it by hand.
Deliver every format
Every flight and every reel, in every aspect ratio, named by artist and song. Rendered on your graphics card.
Never lost
A full manual lives inside the app, from the clock check at the show to the final delivery.
Selects and edit
Your reel, cut for you.
Synced footage is only half the delivery. SyncFPV turns the best moments of the night into reels that are ready to post, and every cut stays fully editable.
Cut to the beat
Your selects, cut to the music with speed ramps, transitions and motion blur. A finished reel as a starting point.
One flight, one reel
Turns one great continuous flight into a fitted 30 or 60 second reel. The best moments stay at real speed, the slow stretches fly by, and it all stays on the music.
Smooth, not cheap
Tasteful, deliberate boomerang moves on long passes. Not the cheap fast flick.
The artist, up front
Drop the artist's logo or name over the opening frames, animated and sized to look right as your Instagram grid cover. It can even find the logo online.
Built to replay
The end flows back into the start, so Reels and TikToks loop clean.
Fit the platform
Pick a target length and the cut lands on the beat. Preview the track right in the edit page while you choose it.
Cameras
Your GoPros. Your DJI drones too.
Most crews fly more than FPV. SyncFPV knows the cameras you bring to a show, so the color lines up and the cinematic drone lands on the same clock as your flights.
Every GoPro, built in
LUTs for each generation of GoPro ship inside the app. Pick the camera and your log footage goes straight to a clean starting point. Nothing to download or hunt for.
DJI drones, built in
The LUTs for DJI drones are in the app too. Mix GoPro and DJI footage on one show and grade it all on the same page, to one look.
Sync DJI with your FPV
Flew a DJI drone alongside the FPV? Add those clips to the show and SyncFPV syncs them with your GoPro flights to the same board audio.
DJI sync is in beta and works on shows that also have GoPro flights. A show with only DJI footage is not supported yet.
Side by side
Made for multicam, or made for FPV.
Syncaila is a solid multicam tool, and plenty of pilots try it on drone footage. Here is what changes when the software is designed around a drone over a stage.

Syncaila comparison is based on its published features as of October 2026. Syncaila is a trademark of its owner. It is a strong tool for interviews, weddings and stage cameras; it simply was not built for drones at a festival.

Field guide
Two minutes a night makes it automatic.
Six habits at the show, and no slate on every flight. The guide is built into the app as a page and a large type printable for your crew.
- BEFORE THE FIRST SETSet every GoPro clockWith GoPro Labs, point each camera at the clock QR on the slate's First step screen. No Labs, set the clock from Quik.
- BEFORE THE FIRST SETClock check, 10 secondsFilm the SyncFPV Slate's clock check with each GoPro, motors off. It says CLOCK CHECK and beeps.
- EVERY FLIGHTRecord in normal Video modeTimeWarp, Time Lapse and Hyperlapse have no audio.
- EVERY FLIGHTWait 15 seconds before armingNo slate needed. Point at the stage if you can: those quiet seconds are the cleanest sync point.
- AFTER THE LAST SETClock check again10 seconds with each GoPro, next to a main speaker. It measures how much each clock drifted.

I fly and process FPV at festivals. Nothing on the market synced our flights to the board reliably, so I engineered the tool I needed. It has been tested on real sets from multiple events, and now I want to bring it to the community.JASON EL MOUSSA · BIG SKY FPV

Questions
Before you ask.
Do I need GoPro Labs firmware?
No, but it makes the clocks easy: Labs sets every camera's clock from the slate's code. Without it, set the clock in Quik. Either way the two clock checks measure each camera's clock, so every flight is placed frame accurate.
Do I have to slate every flight?
No. Film the SyncFPV Slate's clock check for 10 seconds with each GoPro before the first set and after the last one. SyncFPV finds those clips, measures how far each camera's own clock is off and how much it drifts, and gives every flight its true time. Slate a flight anyway when you want the artist on the picture.
What audio do I need from the console?
One recording per artist set, or one of the whole night (SyncFPV cuts it into sets by the lineup, finding each changeover in the sound). WAV if possible, the raw files, started before your first flight. The recorder's clock does not have to be right. A setlist is optional and names the songs.
What if a flight barely heard the music?
SyncFPV uses every clue it has across the whole night, including each camera's checked clock, so a flight that heard mostly motors still lands where it belongs, and a track played twice in the night never fools it. Every flight gets a confidence rating, so you know which ones to preview.
Does it work with footage I already stabilized?
Yes. Export from GoPro Player with audio on. If a stabilized file lost its audio, point SyncFPV to the original GoPro files and it takes the sound from those.
Does it work with DJI drones?
Yes, in two ways. The LUTs for DJI drones are built in, so you can grade DJI footage next to your GoPro flights. DJI sync is in beta: Mavic 4 Pro, Mini 5 Pro, DJI Flip, Inspire 3 and other DJI drones sync to the board audio when the show also has GoPro flights. A show with only DJI footage is not supported yet.
Windows or Mac?
Both. Windows 10 and 11, and Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) on macOS 14 Sonoma or newer. There is no Intel Mac version. FFmpeg is built in, so there is nothing extra to install. A graphics card makes exports faster on NVIDIA, Intel, AMD and Apple, but it isn't required.
What does it cost?
$300, one time. A license runs on two computers and includes every SyncFPV 3.x update. Try one full show free first, with nothing watermarked.
What counts as one show in the free trial?
The show you sync first: its set recordings, up to 12 sets, with 72 hours to add any you forgot. Grade and re-export that show as often as you like. The trial needs an internet connection once when you start it; after that it works offline.
Do I need internet at the festival?
No. Activating a license takes a connection once. After that SyncFPV runs fully offline, and checks in quietly the next time you are online.
